Chapter rental All downloads are compressed in zip files in order to speed up the process. To unzip a file in Macintosh, use the Stuffit Expander tool, included in your operating system. In Windows, click on the downloaded zip folder and a dialogue box should open allowing you to extract the files inside. Click the default option to unzip the files with Windows Explorer. In the next dialogue box, choose the "Extract all files" command just above the list of files. After extracting, save the folder to your desktop or other convenient location. Known issues with download version: 1) The Haihaisoft player can't open PDF files. The book contains three such files. You can open them with the free Adobe Acrobat reader. To do so, find them in the list of files and open them directly with Acrobat. 2) The Haihaisoft player opens links to the World Wide Web twice, so click twice to close the link and return to the book. * * * To avoid the usual retail mark-up, which effectively doubles the price of the book, Detecting Bull is available only from this Web site. To minimize cost, users are restricted from copying the book to other computers. You may contact the author by email at johnm@detectingbull.com
